earth blossoms UG was founded in 2020 with the goal of establishing a healthy, diverse, appealing and delicious food offering in Berlin and the surrounding area.
Kita & School Catering
Our catering for children is aimed at daycare centers and schools. We offer meal options for the entire day – lunch, breakfast, afternoon snacks and packed lunches.
Events & Celebrations
Individually tailored catering or finger food for your private parties, company events or similar occasions. Available completely vegetarian or vegan upon request.

Our Kitchen
Our kitchen, earth blossoms, is located in Hellersdorf and is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. We combine gentle cooking methods with very mild seasoning to preserve the delicious natural flavor of our food.
We work without additives, flavor enhancers or ready-made sauces. We process our fresh, predominantly organic ingredients very carefully to retain their vitamins and essential nutrients. We sweeten sparingly and exclusively with raw cane sugar, honey and agave syrup.

Earth Blossoms can be translated as both "the earth blossoms" and "the flowers of the earth".
For founder André Schumacher, it is particularly important in the catering business to make the diversity of food conscious and tangible – through variety in product selection and creative combinations in dish creation.
